I Know Sport is a graded test system for children designed to encourage the learning of fundemental sports skills. It's aimed at developing the skills of your specific sport.

Children work their way through the programme, developing their skills from the basic entry grade until they complete the challenging final 7th level. This testing method allows participants to be rewarded for their efforts on completion of each level.

Each test is based around a skill, not a coaching technique, therefore your current coaching method can be incorporated into the IKS program. This provides a fun training environment with achievable goals.
